Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
By accessing or using removalpath.com (the "Site") or engaging RemovalPath, a service operated by Eldetron LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"), for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services Description
RemovalPath provides online reputation management services, including review removal and suppression, private information takedowns, court record suppression, link de-indexing, and digital footprint reduction. Our free reputation scan tool (when live) provides an automated, informational overview of publicly available information — it is a diagnostic aid, not a guarantee of completeness or accuracy.
2. Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this Site, in our communications, or in our services constitutes legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. In particular:
- We do not offer legal expungement services. For expungement of arrest or court records, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
- Any information about legal processes (DMCA, court records, data broker regulations) is provided for general informational purposes only.
3. No-Removal, No-Fee
Our removal services operate on a no-removal-no-fee basis: there is no upfront fee, and you are only invoiced once we achieve the specific removal outcome defined in your signed Service Agreement. The exact definition of a successful outcome varies by content type and is set out plainly in that agreement before you commit to anything.
This guarantee does not apply to our suppression services(including SERP Cleanup and AI Reputation Repair). Suppression succeeds by outranking or repositioning content, not by deleting it, so "success" is a matter of degree rather than a single verifiable outcome — suppression work is billed for the work performed, not contingent on a specific ranking result.
We work diligently to remove or suppress content through every available legitimate channel, but outcomes are often subject to the policies of third-party platforms and search engines, which are outside our control.
4. Assessment and Pricing
Every engagement begins with a confidential assessment of your specific situation. Pricing is provided as part of that assessment and may vary based on the scope of work required. Any published pricing information on the Site is directional and does not constitute a binding quote.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your situation and to only submit requests — including use of our free reputation scan tool — related to yourself or entities you are authorized to represent. You agree not to use our services to harass, defame, or wrongfully suppress legitimate, truthful information about others.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemovalPath and Eldetron LLC against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from fraudulent, inaccurate, or unlawful documentation or information you provide to us.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, design, logos) is the property of RemovalPath unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemovalPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including damages related to content that could not be removed or that reappears after removal.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion, including in cases of misuse, non-payment, or requests that would require us to act unethically or unlawfully.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Service Agreements
These Terms govern general use of the Site. Once you engage us for a specific case, the scope of work, pricing, removal-success criteria, and payment terms for that engagement are set out in a separate, signed Service Agreement between you and us. If anything in that Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
