Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RemovalPath, a service operated by Eldetron LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit removalpath.com (the "Site") or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name and email address (contact form)
  • Details about your situation that you choose to share (message field)
  • A URL, if you submit one for review
  • Which service you're inquiring about

We do not require a phone number or any government-issued ID to submit a contact request.

Private image removal cases: we ask you to send us the URL where the content appears — never the image or file itself. This keeps the material out of our systems entirely while still letting us act on it.

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and performance purposes.
  • We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate Site traffic and performance. This tool does not use cookies or browser local storage, does not fingerprint or individually track visitors, and does not store your IP address — it collects only aggregated, non-personal metrics (page views, referrers, load performance, and country-level location derived transiently from IP). No cookie consent banner is required for this tool.
  • We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.

If you use our free reputation scan tool (when live):

  • The name or search terms you submit to generate a scan.
  • Scan results are retained for 2–3 days to allow you to access your full report, then automatically deleted.
  • Namesake disclaimer: search results are generated automatically based on name matching and may include information about other people who share your name. We do not verify identity before generating a scan, and inclusion in scan results is not confirmation that content relates to you specifically.
  • Scan usage does not constitute legal advice, and results should not be treated as a complete or authoritative record of your online presence.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and assess whether we can help with your situation
  • Deliver scan results (when the tool is live) via email
  • Improve our services and site

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Confidentiality

Every inquiry is treated as strictly confidential. We do not publicly identify clients, disclose client situations, or use client information in marketing materials without explicit written consent. See also our Terms of Service for the terms governing use of the Site and our services.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and process your information:

  • Resend — to deliver email notifications and reports. Resend Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, security, Web Analytics (see above), and (when live) bot protection (Turnstile) on our forms.

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement.
  • Scan results (when live): 2–3 days, then automatically deleted.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your information
  • Opt out of any future marketing communications (we do not currently send marketing emails)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at eldetron@gmail.com.

California residents: you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
